Stress will set in as they sense you are becoming stressed so try to stay calm, while boarding or traveling them during quiet times. Most professional pet moving services do not allow sedatives for the animal, maintaining the animal’s safety and protection, instead preferring pre-flight or pre-moving conditioning of the animal. If they are a very excitable or hyper animal, talk to the vet about the best approach for moving them, especially if they have not ever traveled much.
