Often, these conventions are in other countries themselves so that the specialists get a taste for what their clients will be going through. After all, it can be a really hard and stressful event to move away from home. It call also be very sad. If you have that bit of edge where you know somewhat of what they will be going through, then you will gain a lot more customers.
