The answer to the second question will be two-fold since there are two types under consideration. The first type of business relocation check list, as stated above, has to with finding that new location. Therefore, the points that occupy that list will deal with practical matters like the physical address and the surround neighborhood. Some of these types of check lists are often incorporated into the business relocation studies that are conducted by both individual businesses and professional business relocation agencies. What are some these practical matters? They might include size of premise, utilities service quality, availability of parking, outer appearance, as well as accessibility of location. These factors will be used in weighing the current business premises with possible relocation sites.
